The OTN is a not for profit organization dedicated to provide state of the art training to those involved in the onsite wastewater treatment industry.  The OTN is guided by various industry professionals volunteering their time as well as specialists from the NYSDEC (New York State Department of Environmental Conservation), NYSDOH (New York State Department of Health), NYSDOS (New York State Department of State) and various local watershed organizations.  The OTN has partnered with various organizations to offer training throughout New York State with courses being approved by the Practicing Institute of Engineering and the New York State Department of State (Codes Division).
